This program provides the highly trained polymer researchers required for the Australian economy to meet its growing need for these skills in advanced materials, and to fill the highly skilled jobs created by the planned activities of the CRC-P.
 

The program is:

• attracting high achieving undergraduates to pursue polymer research careers;
• providing scholarship support for undergraduate and postgraduate research training;
• broadening the polymer research training provided to postgraduate students and researchers through polymer summer schools, seminars and workshops; and
•  further expanding the expertise of these future leaders by providing formal training in research management.
